SHIPPING
In order to provide you with the best quality service, we ship all orders with tracking, allowing you to follow the progress of your order from our headquarters to your destination country.

TIMES AND RATES
Times are subject to change due to routine checks by excise and customs officers. Shipping rates are quoted in GBP.
Note: Please allow for an extra 2-3 business days if you are ordering during holidays such as; Black Friday Weekend, Christmas time etc.
DUTIES AND TAXES
Countries may impose a customs duty and import tax on goods from abroad. These customs duties and import taxes are beyond our control and are paid to the governing state of the country in which you reside. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or future accommodations for customers receiving customs duties or import taxes. If you are unable or simply do not wish to pay the customs fee, your package will be returned to us. Upon receipt at our facility in the United Kingdom, you will be refunded for your order, less the costs of shipping charges incurred by Bella Rosa.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If there's a problem with your order, simply email us and we'll work with you to get you an exchange. If you retain your proof of postage for an exchange, we'll make sure we refund you any postage costs, no problem! Note that you are required to make us aware of any issues with the contents of your order within 5 business days of receipt. Please be aware that you can only exchange for the exact product and colour of your original order.
In the event that you want to return your items, pop an email through to bellaroseuk@gmail.com with your order number and we'll take care of the rest! In instances where a refund is requested, fees associated with shipping are not eligible for reimbursement.
ORDER CANCELLATION
In order to provide the highest possible level of service, we endeavour to process all of our orders as swiftly as possible. If you place an order and decide that you have changed your mind, there is a very small window of opportunity to notify us before your order is dispatched. We can't guarantee that your order request to cancel will be received on time as orders can be processed in our warehouse even before your shipping confirmation is sent. In the event that your cancellation is not received on time, you will need to return your item for a refund in line with our returns policy.
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
As a customer, you are responsible for providing the correct email and shipping address at the time of purchase. We do our best to minimise processing and shipping times, which means there is a very limited amount of time available to cancel/change your order details. If you would like to cancel or change your shipping details, please contact us at bellarosauk@gmail.com as soon as possible after placing your order. We cannot guarantee that your order will not already have been dispatched. If it's too late for our team to cancel your order, we will need to wait until the item is received to process a return for a refund. If your address is incorrect, we will need to wait until it is returned to sender before we can proceed accordingly.

EXTRA CHARGES
If you upgraded your shipping and the package was returned to us due to an incorrect address and if you would like a refund, you will not be reimbursed for the upgraded shipping fees.
